Popularize occupational health knowledge and build a health barrier for employees -- Xingye Haichuang organized occupational health knowledge lectures and emergency rescue knowledge training

On the afternoon of August 25, 2021, Xingye Haichuang invited the medical staff of Yulin Guinan hospital to give lectures on occupational health knowledge and emergency rescue knowledge training.

     First, Dr. Liang Yu carried out occupational disease prevention and occupational health knowledge training. In combination with the current situation of occupational hazards in China, Dr. Liang Yu explained the legal system of occupational health, occupational hazard factors and their impact on health, occupational hazard protection of employers, key points of occupational health management, etc. At the same time, led everyone to deeply interpret the laws, regulations and policy requirements such as occupational health examination, occupational disease diagnosis and identification. Combined with the typical occupational health accident cases in recent years, this paper analyzes and explains the occupational hazard factors such as noise, dust, benzene and other related occupational hazards and protective measures, so as to guide everyone to correctly use labor protection articles, strengthen self-care and prevent accidents. Then Dr. Liang explained the causes of "occupational diseases" in combination with the big data of the employee physical examination, and communicated with the employees the relief methods after the illness and the improvement of early symptoms of chronic diseases. Easy to understand language and simple explanation further enrich the employees' occupational health knowledge.

    Subsequently, Dr. Li Huilong of the first aid and resuscitation Professional Committee of Guangxi Medical Association carried out the emergency rescue knowledge training. With humorous language, Dr. Li Huilong made wonderful explanations on emergency rescue in the form of PPT, on-site demonstration, legend analysis, case sharing and so on. In the emergency treatment of sudden accidents, Dr. Li focused on the on-site cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including the technical points of artificial respiration and chest compression, and made a live demonstration with a plastic dummy, which was vivid, detailed and impressive.

      Finally, under the guidance of Dr. Li Huilong, the staff enthusiastically came forward to simulate the exercise and successfully completed the whole set of movements.

   through the combination of theoretical explanation, on-site demonstration and simulation practice, the training has effectively improved the safety production and occupational health awareness of the trainees, enabled the employees to preliminarily master the common sense of emergency rescue and basic rescue concepts and skills of accidents, and improved their awareness of self rescue and mutual rescue and handling ability in sudden accidents.
