In order to listen to the voice of employees, the company organized an interview with the origin of environmental protection projects - Lu'an City, Anhui Province. Jinzhai Haichuang is the company's first grate furnace domestic waste incineration power generation project and the beginning of the company's entry into the environmental protection market. By visiting all units in Lu'an City, we went deep into front-line posts, talked about our understanding of corporate culture, spirit, situation and tasks, and looked forward to the future development blueprint of conch entrepreneurship.

Jinzhai Haichuang has developed from a production and processing scale of only 300 tons / day at the beginning of production to a performance of 600 tons / day, which is inseparable from the hard work and sweat behind every employee of the company. As the shift supervisor of central control operation, I will lead my colleagues to base themselves on their posts, conduct in-depth study and discussion, realize the production increase and consumption reduction of the project, and actively seek other ways to improve the disposal efficiency.   I was very excited when I was interviewed by the company. As an ordinary grass-roots employee of Huoshan Haichuang in chemical water patrol inspection, his daily work is to be responsible for the quality inspection of sewage generated in the process of transportation and production, so as to achieve up to standard discharge and escort the company's safe production. Theory is the guide of action. In the new year, I will urge myself to constantly think and study, carefully analyze, find gaps, benchmark advanced, strive to improve post professional skills and contribute to the development of Haichuang.
