Yaobai environmental protection Fuping project reaches the production standard and the system runs smoothly

  On May 13, the semi-solid crushing, mixing and pumping system of Xi'an Yaobai Fuping solid waste disposal workshop was successfully put into operation. After the operation guarantee in recent days, the unit hour increased from 2.9t/h to 5.0t/h. The system operates smoothly and all indicators have reached the standard.

  Before feeding, the leaders of the company organized relevant principals of Tianjin Institute, equipment manufacturers and Fuping cement company to effectively communicate on the feeding operation scheme, clarify the organization division of labor, compatibility scheme, commissioning plan, safety and environmental protection emergency measures, and make every effort to make preparations before feeding.

Commissioning before system feeding

  In the whole feeding process, the company's leaders are stationed in the production workshop to master the site situation at the first time, organize and coordinate to solve problems. The equipment manufacturer shall arrange professional technicians to investigate the site and put forward effective improvement schemes. The on-site staff are not afraid of hardship and devote themselves to the intense commissioning and feeding work.

  After three days and two nights of joint struggle, the waste entered the calciner smoothly through the plunger pump on the afternoon of May 13. Up to now, all equipment has operated normally, all parameters have reached the standard, and all operation indexes of cement kiln are normal.
