The first staff congress of Wuhu Haichuang environmental protection was successfully held

  Fanchang County Federation of trade unions and Wuhu Haichuang industrial trade union agreed that on the afternoon of November 28, 2018, the first employee (member) Congress of Wuhu Haichuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in the conference room on the second floor of the company, and 34 employee representatives gathered together to discuss the development plan of the enterprise. Li Jian, Secretary of the general branch of conch entrepreneurship party and chairman of trade union, Zhou Liang and Fang Rong, vice chairmen of Fanchang County Federation of trade unions, attended the meeting.

  Fang Lei, assistant general manager of the company, presided over the preparatory meeting. The meeting deliberated and adopted the report on the preparations for the first employees' Congress of Wuhu Haichuang and the report on the qualification examination of representatives to the first employees' Congress of Wuhu Haichuang, and deliberated and adopted the agenda of the Congress, the list of candidates for members of the trade union committee and the election method (draft) for the first employees' Congress of Wuhu Haichuang.

      At 14:20 on November 28, the conference officially opened with the solemn national anthem. The first trade union committee of the company was elected at the general meeting. After being elected at the first plenary meeting of the first trade union committee, Comrade Fang Lei was elected the first trade union chairman of Wuhu Haichuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. At the same time, the General Assembly elected members of the fund review committee and the female staff committee.

  At the meeting, six normative documents related to the vital interests of employees, including the collective contract (Draft), the special contract for collective wage negotiation (Draft), the measures for the management of employees, the measures for the management of wage assessment, the measures for the management of attendance and leave, and the implementation plan of irregular working system (Draft), were also considered and adopted.

  The superior leaders attending the meeting made important speeches and work requirements respectively.

  Zhou Liang, vice chairman of Fanchang County Federation of trade unions, put forward work suggestions.   Li Jian, Secretary of the general branch of conch entrepreneurship party and chairman of trade union, put forward work requirements. First of all, on behalf of the general branch and the superior trade union, he congratulated Wuhu Haichuang environmental protection on the smooth convening of the first employee congress. He pointed out that the establishment of trade union organizations is an important part of strengthening the construction of enterprise democratic management mechanism. Enterprise trade union organizations should focus on the operation and development of enterprises and effectively play the role of bridges and ties. He made his work hope for the conscientious duty of Wuhu Hai Chuang Environmental Protection Union. First, we should further study and publicize and implement Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology of China with the new era and the new demands and new missions of the party for trade union work.
