After listening to the project report, Li Wei focused on whether the cement kiln collaborative disposal system can deal with solid wastes with large output in Guizhou Province, such as red mud and phosphogypsum. When hearing that the cement kiln collaborative disposal system has the advantages of complete decomposition of organic matter, no overflow of harmful gas, effective conversion of solid and hazardous waste toxicity, compliance of heavy metal emission and leaching concentration with environmental protection requirements, zero emission of ash and slag and substitution of combustibles for some fuels, Li Wei expressed his recognition and approval for the process.
