Conch venture capital increase holding Liaoning Jinzhou hazardous waste disposal project

  On June 9, 2020, conch venture and Jinzhou Jinliyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. held a capital increase signing ceremony in Yixian County, Jinzhou, Liaoning. Ji Qinying, general manager of conch venture; Zhang Zhiming, member of the Standing Committee of Jinzhou Municipal Party committee, Minister of publicity, Secretary of Yixian County Party committee, and Su Guihong, head of Yixian County; Zhang Yan, vice chairman of Haichuang environmental protection (Shanghai); Yang jiahuai, chairman and general manager of Jinzhou Jinliyuan, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.   The hazardous waste comprehensive utilization and treatment project of Jinzhou Jinliyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is located in zone B of Liaoning (Jinzhou) renewable resources industrial park. The project covers a total area of 60.87 mu, with a total investment of 280 million yuan. The total scale of the project is 62000 tons / year, including 42000 tons / year of hazardous waste incineration and 20000 tons / year of oil sludge disposal. The project has obtained the EIA approval on March 20, 2019, which meets the preconditions for commencement. At present, the construction drawing design and scheme optimization are progressing steadily. After the implementation of the project, the hazardous waste generated by enterprises in the five cities of western Liaoning and Liaoning Province will be collected, transported, temporarily stored, treated and finally disposed, marking the official entry of conch entrepreneurship into the field of hazardous waste disposal in the three eastern provinces. In addition, in order to support the disposal of incineration residue and oil sludge residue, phase II landfill project - rigid landfill with a total storage capacity of 209000 m3 is constructed simultaneously.

  At the signing symposium, Ji Qinying, general manager, introduced the development of conch entrepreneurship. He pointed out that conch entrepreneurship has long focused on the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industries. After years of precipitation and accumulation, it has successfully promoted nearly 200 environmental protection projects in 21 provinces, cities, autonomous regions and Vietnam, realizing a double harvest of economic development and social benefits. He hopes that in the process of promoting the project, we can strengthen the communication and linkage between government and enterprises, speed up the key links such as construction drawing review and construction permit handling, press the "acceleration key" for the project construction, strive to realize the operation and generate income as soon as possible, and inject new vitality into the economic development of Yixian County.

  Secretary Zhang Zhiming welcomed conch entrepreneurship to take root in Yixian County. He pointed out that Jinzhou Qilihe Economic Development Zone in Yixian County, as a key industrial park in Liaoning Province, has inherent advantages in preferential policies for investment promotion. At the same time, the park is backed by the old northeast industrial base, with strong technical force, complete supporting services, rich labor resources, sufficient industrial waste resources and great development potential. Yixian County and the development zone will provide customized services in terms of tax policies, supporting services and water circuit construction, cultivate the best investment environment, and fully support the rapid construction and operation of the project to create income.

  Before signing the agreement, Ji Qin shall go to the project site with the general manager and his party to guide and optimize the earthwork balance, construction water and electricity in combination with the general drawing of the project. In addition, it also puts forward relevant requirements for the construction land planning of phase II of the project.
