It has been included in the three-level major projects of provinces, cities and counties, and has been selected into the "large ecological demonstration enterprise library" of Guizhou Province. Relying on the new dry process cement kiln production line with a daily output of 4500 tons of conch in Guiyang, the project can jointly dispose of 27 categories and 382 kinds of hazardous wastes generated by chemical raw materials and product manufacturing, non-ferrous metal smelting and calendering, non-metallic ore mining and beneficiation, papermaking and paper products, non-ferrous metal ore mining and beneficiation, as well as general solid wastes such as polluted soil and municipal domestic sludge. After the project is put into operation, it will effectively eliminate the annual solid and hazardous wastes generated in Guiyang and its surrounding areas, contribute to the development of circular economy in Guiyang and even Guizhou Province, improve the living environment quality and level of local residents, and have good economic, social and ecological benefits.

  Guiyang Haichuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Qingzhen Market Supervision Bureau on April 28, 2018. On October 20, the solid waste project participated in the centralized commencement ceremony of major projects in Guiyang in 2018, and immediately carried out the work of seven supplies and one leveling, so as to make full preparations for the formal commencement of the project. After obtaining the EIA approval from the provincial department on November 28, the construction of the main plant, temporary storage and fly ash waste liquid disposal workshop was carried out in an all-round way, which lasted 8 months and 20 days. The construction of the main project, equipment installation and commissioning, electric dust collection, dechlorination system, activated carbon deodorization system, accident pool, car washing station and other environmental protection facilities were completed on August 18, 2019, It passed the on-site verification and expert review of the Provincial Department of ecological environment 10 days ahead of the scheduled time and met the conditions for hazardous waste business license. It was publicized on the website of the Provincial Department of ecological environment on September 19 and successfully obtained the hazardous waste business license on September 20.
