7、 Pollution prevention and control facilities

Up to now, Yangchun Haichuang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has invested 19.45 million yuan in environmental protection, accounting for about 18.5% of the company's total investment. The company is now supporting the construction of three deodorization equipment. Each deodorization equipment of the company adopts activated carbon adsorption for deodorization, and the effective deodorization rate is more than 99.99%. In order to standardize the management of environmental protection facilities, the company has established an account for the operation and maintenance of environmental protection equipment, and carried out daily and weekly inspection and monthly maintenance as required to ensure the normal operation of all environmental protection equipment.

(3) Construction scale: the original 1#5500t / D and 2#12000t / d cement clinker production lines of Yangchun conch company are used for collaborative disposal of solid waste. The disposal scale of hazardous waste is 65300 T / A and that of general solid waste is 100000 t / A.

(4) Floor area: there is no new floor area, with a total floor area of 200000m2 and a total construction area of 14503.52m2. The reserved land in Yangchun conch plant area is used.

(5) Process scheme: waste liquid, solid, semi-solid hazardous waste and inorganic waste are treated by incineration process, and the incineration device uses the existing new dry process cement kiln of Yangchun conch company. Among them, the waste liquid is directly pumped into the kiln head for incineration; After mechanical crushing and compatibility, solid hazardous waste is lifted to the decomposing furnace at the end of cement kiln by elevator for incineration; After pretreatment, semi-solid hazardous waste is directly pumped into the tail of cement kiln by sludge for disposal; The inorganic waste is transported into the plant by truck and then sent to the raw mill through the inorganic conveying system.

(6) Newly added structures: 1 temporary storage of solid waste, 1 nitrogen making room of solid waste shredding workshop, 1 solid waste pretreatment workshop, 1 waste liquid workshop and 2 accident pools (one of which is jointly built with the initial rainwater pool).

9、 Emergency plan for sudden environment

In order to prevent environmental pollution accidents and deal with the occurrence of environmental emergencies, Yangchun Haichuang formulated the emergency plan for environmental emergencies and the risk assessment report for environmental emergencies according to the requirements of laws and regulations, passed the expert review in March 2020 and completed the filing in Yangchun ecological environment bureau.
