Zhang Xinjie communicated with the company on the supervision of contaminated soil disposal, trans provincial transportation, hazardous waste business license capacity, disposal price and other aspects. He said that Chongqing Ecological Environment Bureau highly supports the collaborative disposal of solid waste by cement kiln.
