In order to master the company's water environment quality and the dynamic changes of pollutants in the water system, and fulfill the responsibilities and obligations stipulated by national laws, Wenshan Haichuang laboratory actively carried out the learning of pollution control related standards and the training of water quality monitoring technology from August 13 to 14, and launched water quality monitoring at the same time.

National standard learning and theoretical knowledge training

     This study starts with national regulations and industrial specifications for collaborative disposal of cement kiln, and focuses on the detection of COD, ammonia nitrogen and fluoride in initial rainwater collection tank, accident tank and domestic water in the plant. It mainly includes the collection and preservation of water samples, the use of experimental instruments and the preparation of detection reagents, experimental steps and control standards.

    during the training, everyone carefully and patiently studied the relevant materials and mastered the basic skills; After learning, we will discuss the understanding of detection methods and the problems existing in instrument operation. In the actual operation, everyone hands on, carefully observes and standardizes the basic operation to ensure that each employee effectively grasps it. At the end of the training, the laboratory personnel carried out the work immediately according to the "efficient and reliable" work requirements and the detection frequency and pollution control requirements specified in relevant specifications.

Detection of pollutants in water

      Water quality monitoring is an important means of pollution early warning, continuous pollutant monitoring and treatment effect evaluation. The smooth development of this work is Wenshan Haichuang's further expansion and attempt of sewage supervision, better protection of the environment to a certain extent, and also the embodiment of Wenshan Haichuang's conscious performance of responsibilities and obligations.
